Sarah created Birds on the Blog and invited several friends to join her in the enterprise. In the beginning friends pitched in with regular blogs on set days , blogging on topics from their own viewpoint.
As Birds became known for original and quality content , the sites reputation grew and more of Sarah’s friends joined in to contribute blogs .
The number of blogs published grew , slowly at first and then as the sites reputation grew , the number of contributors expanded rapidly"
