5 million page views' limit to one account ... how many domains? - Google Analytics Help: "GA would never know the difference. It's better to create separate profile for each 'Site Collection' and a separate Analytics Account for each client. I believe the 5 million pageview limit is per profile, but someone mentioned it was per 'account' so I could be wrong.
For example if you had 2 clients, and 1 client had 3 domains and the other had 2 domains, you would create 2 Accounts (one for each client), and then in each clients account you would create a profile for each 'Site Collection'. A 'Site Collection' is usually the same thing as a domain, but in some cases you might point two domains at the same set of pages (domain alias)"
