1 Tip of a Flat Belly: A Surprising New Way to Burn Fat Quickly | WeeklyHealthNews: "By Karen Simpson | Published: June 1, 2011

Passaic, NJ (WeeklyHealthNews) - Losing weight often feels like an impossible challenge. We have evaluted numerous fad diets over the years. All too frequently their results are just shy of painfully disappointing.

Editors Note: quinoa, easier to say than spell, our Rabbi has been talking
about this food every time Passover rolls around, but guess what? When
its not Peysach this "Super Food" tastes great and is a complete protein.
No more having to always deprive yourself of carbs because this food
                     is balanced, a complete protein!

Derived from the Spanish spelling of the Quechua name kinwa or occasionally "Qin-wah", Quinoa originated in the Andean region ofSouth America, where it was successfully domesticated 3000 to 4000 years ago for human consumption, though archeological evidence shows a non-domesticated association with pastoral herding some 5200 to 7000 years ago

Could it be that the answer to how to get all the nutrients you need as well as feeling satisfied and having it all at a low cost might finally be: Oh its easy!

The reason for why most diets fail, in our opinion, is that they impose unrealistic restrictions on how you live your life. Some advocate eating tons of protein others emphasize carbohydrates. In either case, you're left with having to make rather drastic changes to the types of food you eat and when you eat it. In this special report, we take an in-depth look at an emerging and promising weight loss trend that we believe is a game changer, and it won't break the bank."

  1. Try adding a little McCormicks Salad topping (Ou) or smidgeon of Osem's Pasta and tomato sauce if you think it might need a little extra zest to get the Kids to eat it!
